Lawson Products, Inc, a US distributor,provide MRO,announced the acquisition of The Bolt Supply House Ltd of Calgary, Canada M & A amount of about $ 40 million.Founded in 1948,The Bolt Supply House Ltd is currently owned by John J. McCann and W. Brett Wilson, which is a leading supplier of high quality fasteners, power tools and industrial maintenance operating products,annual sales about $ 43 million. The Bolt Supply House's 13 locations and 27 regional sales managers serve businesses and specialty retailers in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, Canada. The For packaged and shipped,it is at a 43,000-square foot distribution center in calgary's Quanta distribution center. The Bolt Supply House will continue to operate under the name of the subsidiary company of Lawson Products in Canada.
The deal is the fifth and largest acquisition of Lawson Products over the past 24 months. The deals more than double of Canadian sales value.
