Audax Private Equity (Audax) announced that it will acquire HITCHATON Corporation from the United States Fastener Distribution Holdings, LLC ("FDH"). Mergers and acquisitions are not published.
     FDH, headquartered in Marina del Rey, California, is a wholesaler specializing in aerospace fasteners and other Class C components for aerospace and defense aircraft carriers, contract outsourcers and wholesalers.
