Shanghai Disneyland resort "seven dwarf mine car" maintenance area, where ordinary tourists can not reach, but it relates to the safety of every visitor. The entire mine car chassis with thousands of screws, and each screw is drawed a mark with different color pen. These colors play two roles. One is the label the tightened position. Then can check  whether the maintenance personnel follow the equipment inspection specification. Once the line mark is cut off, means screw was moved by someone else,which has left the initial position. The second role is to indicate the status of maintenance personnel, different colors on behalf of different maintenance personnel. You can know who is responsible for the screw based on the different color.
     Every evening, the crowd dispersed, the maintenance personnel will enter the busy maintenance inspection stage. One night, the maintenance staff will check thousands of screws.The next day before the operation, will also be empty test run to ensure foolproof.
     Each facility maintenance area has a set of computer information systems, 24-hour monitoring of each rides.How many laps do you run? How many laps do you need to check? The computer will keep a clear record. If a device need to maintenance but it is not repaired.The computer will automatically lock it and make it out of use.
