The product FOB price shall not be less than 5.02 USD/ kg as stipulate. The customs code of products is 7318.21.00. The resolution shall take effect from the date of promulgation and will be valid for 4 months.
On March 28, 2016, the Argentine Ministry of Production accept the application from national company GROWER METAL and decided to do anti-dumping investigation originating of Chinese products . Now anti-dumping investigation is still ongoing.
